1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
a. Physical Products (if applicable):
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

- The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
b. Digital Products or Services (if applicable):
- You experienced a technical issue preventing access or use of the product/service.
- The digital item was not delivered as described.
- You request the refund within [3-7] days of purchase.
Note: We reserve the right to decline refunds for downloadable products that have already been accessed or downloaded.
c. Subscription-Based Services (if applicable):
- You cancel your subscription within the trial period (if offered).
- You experience a major service failure or we fail to deliver the promised features.
- You must request the refund within [5-10] days of the billing date.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked “non-refundable.”
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incomplete, incorrect, or late order requests by the customer.
- Unauthorized purchases made by third parties.
- Services already delivered or fully rendered.
3. Return Process (for physical items)
If your purchase qualifies for a return and refund:
